Cancellation or exchange due to remorse/withdrawal

The consumer code guarantees the right to exchange any product in case of remorse or withdrawal (the consumer changes their mind) provided that it occurs within 10 (ten) calendar days of its receipt, for purchases made through the online store. To exchange a product it is necessary to inform us via email at sac@eyddos.com.  You must include the order number, the date of purchase, and the reference number of the item to be exchanged or returned as well as your reason for desiring to do so. We will reply to your email with shipping instructions.

Exchange of defective items

To request the exchange of a product that has been sent with a defect, you must send an email to sac@eyddos.com, informing us of the order number, the date of purchase, and attaching photos of the defective product and the reference number or name of the article.  This must be done immediately after receiving it.

You must also send us the product for analysis; an evaluation will be made on a case-by-case basis resulting in either repair or refund, considering that each EYDDOS is a unique and non-replicable artpiece. The analysis period is 30 working days but a resolution may be reached sooner.

Full refund of the purchase price

In the case of a refund request notification within 10 (ten) calendar days of receiving the product as laid out by the consumer code, and after our offices have been notified of the delivery, a refund of the purchase price will be made in line with the following: 

  • payments made by credit card will be refunded on the same card
  • payments made via bank transfer or by debit card will be refunded via a bank transfer deposit to the account provided by the buyer.  

Partial reimbursement of the purchase price

Partial reimbursement will apply when the product is exchanged for one of lesser value or only some part of the products purchased is returned; in this case the reimbursement will be made via bank transfer deposit to the account provided by the buyer.  

Product return shipping costs
In the case of product defects or order fulfillment errors  (corroborated by the team at EYDDOS), shipping costs will be paid by EYDDOS; in other cases shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Special considerations:

Products returned without prior notice, beyond the specified limit date or without accompanying items / accessories will be returned to the customer without prior consultation.

All products will be analyzed and if found to possess no defect or non-compliance with any of the conditions described in the previous item, the product will be returned to the customer.

EYDDOS reserves the right not to accept a product being returned that does not comply with the conditions set out on this website.

For exchange or return due to regret or withdrawal, the shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

In the case of a return due to a manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be covered by us.

EYDDOS may, on its own initiative, cancel the order in the case of inconsistency or inaccuracy in the data provided in the order or if a payment via debit is unable to be carried out on the card provided to make the purchase.

When you click to complete the purchase, you have committed to purchasing the selected product, reserving your product and making it unavailable for sale to another customer. If payment is not made your order will be automatically canceled.

Please refuse to receive the product at the time of delivery if for some reason it is not the product you ordered.

In the event that the product shipping box is open or damaged, please do not accept the product.
