What do we do with your information?
We need your registration information in order to be sure your orders reach you. To do this, we ask you to provide your full name, ID number, address, email address, and contact phone number. This will also make it much easier for you when you choose to come back and shop here again!

Emails

Our emails are sent from sac@eyddos.com for campaigns and the promotion of new products.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, simply click on the "Unsubscribe from email" link found at the bottom of any email received from us.

EYDDOS does not send any emails requesting your password, or containing download links or files with executable attachments. Stay tuned!

Shipping and delivery times
After your payment has been confirmed, we will ship your order within the number of days stipulated at the time of purchase by the shipping agent you have selected.

Also upon payment confirmation, you will receive the necessary information to track the delivery of your order. We are not responsible for any interruption in postal services.

Problems that may occur with the delivery of your order:

Loss

If the Post Office loses the order, you can opt for a full refund of the purchase price (value of the product(s) + shipping cost). The product cannot be resent as it is unique and non-replicable (one of a kind).

Delay

We track all shipped orders and make every effort to ensure that they arrive on time. However, EYDDOS is not responsible for delays caused by the post office, which are especially common during the holiday season. If you require delivery for a specific date, we recommend that you choose to ship via express delivery or that you purchase well in advance. We want you to be enjoying your EYDDOS for when you want to have it!

Unable to contact addressee/recipient
The Post Office will make the number of delivery attempts agreed upon by the shipping company. If there is no one to receive the order, the package will go to the post office nearest the recipient's address. In this case, it will be necessary to pick up the order within the number of days stipulated by the post office. If the addressee  does not make the pick-up before the deadline, by the rules of the post office, the package will be returned to sender. If this happens, you have the option to request the return of your purchase (in this case, the shipping fee is not refunded) or to pay a new shipping fee and have the order resent.

All details related to delivery attempts and the post office address for pick-up are reported and recorded in the order tracking info, which can be accessed on the post office website using the code provided by the store as soon as the order is shipped.

Incomplete or incorrect address
EYDDOS is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In the event, you have the option to request the return of your purchase (in which case the shipping fee is not refunded) or to pay a new fee for the reshipment of your order, which can be carried out only after the product is returned by the post office.
